Grilled Spatchcock Chicken or butterflied chicken with green beans

Grilled Spatchcock Chicken or butterflied chicken with Green Beans

There is not a rule about how to start grilling the chicken. If it should be skin side up or down. I personnaly usually start with skin side up until a little golden while brushing it with oil and herbs mixture then flip it,skin side down for the remaining of the cooking. The skin is a bit oily so I tend to avoid cooking it skin side down at first out of caution. The dripping grease from the skin migh cause extensive flame during grilling. But feel free to experiment.
