10 minutes easy Lo Mein noodles
This easy 10 minutes Lo Mein noodles is a life saver! This is an easy weeknight dinner i love making for my kids. Instead of take out, I go for this quick recipe that always wins my kids palates.
Ingredients
1 pack or 8 ounces lo mein noodles
1/2 cup of red and green bell pepper mixed sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions

Cook your noodles according to the instruction package, then drain, and set aside

In a large wok, stir fried all your vegetables but the ginger in the olive oil over medium heat.

Cook until tender for about 3 mins.

Add soy sauce, ginger, Sriracha cook for 1 minute.

Add the noodle, cook for about 2 minutes.

Remove and Serve
