Dairy-free, sugar-free SourSop Frozen Yogurt
My dairy-free, sugar-free soursop and coconut cream yogurt. It is “hot weather” time and we all need those healthy cool treats.
We used to have soursop in our house growing up (still do). We will let bats eat them, because there was so many sour sop.
Living in US soursop is a delicacy. I had a chance to grab a few last week for a steep price per pound at the local tropical market! It was worth every penny.

Ingredients
About 1lb of Sour Sop (soft)
1/2 cup of Coconut Cream
Instructions

Wash your soursop really well.

-Peel the soursop skin off with your fingers

In a bowl, try removing all seeds off the fruit

In your blender blend the fruit with coconut cream until creamy smooth.

Pour in a cup and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

Remove and serve.
