Air Fried Chicken Drumstick
Air Fried chicken like my African grandma use to make them before putting it in a tomato stew. It is to savory, crunchy on the outside. My kids will just eat the chicken as is. It is a perfect way to have the yummy old taste without the artery clogging fat. Check video
Ingredients
1 large pack of chicken drumstick (24pieces)
4Tbsp of Ginger
1 Tbsp of Garlic powder
2Tbsp of Onion
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
3 Lemon leaves
1 Tbsp of MSG-Free Bouillon (Optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions

Cut chicken drumstick in half.

Clean and place the chicken in a large pot.

Add onion, garlic, ginger, msg-free bouillon, black pepper, salt, lemon leaves.

Add water to cover and bring to a boil.

After 15minutes remove from the heat

Remove the chicken from water into a bowl and let the extra liquid drip off

Coat the bottom of the air fryer with a spray oil

Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, close and cook for 25 minutes at 375 degree F.

Open the air fryer, flip the chicken and cook the other side for 25 minutes.

Remove and serve as is or with hot pepper or use is in your favorite sauce.
