Antipasto skewers Christmas wreath appetizers
This antipasto skewer Christmas wreath appetizer is so easy to put together. I needed some quick fix appetizer for Sunday family brunch. Luckily I have quite a few things in the house that I was able to use.
This appetizer is so perfect for your holiday gathering. Your guests will thank you for it. There are multiple ways to make these appetizers.
All you need for these skewers is some Italian sausage
- Of course skewers!
- You favorite Italian sausage ( I used turkey pastrami because it is what I have available in the house at that time)
- Marinated Mozzarella cheese or your favorite cheese
- Pimento olive
- Some rosemary for decoration
- Black olive
- Cherry tomatoes
Ingredients
24 skewers (10-14 inches)
1 can of Black olive
1 can of green pitted olive
24 mozzarella balls
1/2 pound of salami or pastrami
A medium bunch of rosemary (for decoration)
1 pack of cherry tomatoes
Instructions

Thread each ingredient item onto every skewer.

There is not a specific order for threading. Let your imagination and taste guide you.

Arrange your threaded skewers into a circle to form a wreath or any form you prefer.

Serve right away or refrigerate. Must be eaten in 24hours
