Apple, Cinnamon, ginger, lime soup
This warm apple, Cinnamon, ginger, lime soup is so therapeutics. The perfect soup to end an evening with in family. All know how the health benefit of an apple add to the medicinal property of ginger! Such a throat warming immune booster. The touch of cinnamon if the perfect homey flavor of the fall season! Your kids and friends would ask for more of this soup.
All you need as ingredients is :
- Apple (As Minnesotans, I love Honey crest but any apple will do the trick, the sweeter the better.
- Cinnamon (powdered is my choice for this recipe)
- Ginger
- Lime or lemon (I always prefer lime for some reason)

If you like the soup sweeter you can add date fruit to the blender mix.
Ingredients
4 Apple cored and halves
3 cups of water
Ginger (about half finger)
4 tablespoons of lime juice
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Place all ingredients in the blender

In the blender press the soup button, let it run until end.
