Baked Seafood Boil, Sheet Pan Seafood Boil, (Bouilli de fruits de mer)

Once you tried this recipe, you will never be intimidated by seafood boil. The crab leg and shrimps soaks up the flavor really well. We can eat seafood everyday. Crab leg can be hard to eat at first, but once you know the technique, you will enjoy it. I personally likes this type of dinner as there are more conversation on the dinner table. My kids enjoyed this dish and I can say that nothing the tablecloth was n0t stained! 

All you need for this recipe is:

  • Cajun
  • Wild for salmon
  • Herbs de Provence
  • Smoked paprika
  • Ranch dip powder
  • Lemon pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Black pepper
  • Minced garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Butter
  • Parsley

This recipe only takes about 10 for prep without the boiled potatoes. Ranch dip powder is a great twist that will enhance your dish flavor. I did not add salt or bouillon to my seasoning mix as it was not needed but feel free to experiment. I am sure you will enjoy.

Ingredients

2 pounds of mini potatoes

6 crab legs

1-pound large shrimp, peeled and de-veined

12 ounces turkey sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch medallions

6 lobster tails

3 ears of corn cut into thirds

2 Packs of ranch dip powder

6TBSPS Smoked paprika

4TBSPS lemon pepper

4TBSPS onion powder

4TBSPS garlic powder

4TBSPS Cajun seasoning

4TBSPS Savourous wild for salmon

2TBSPS of old Bay seasoning

2TBSPS of herb de Provence

2TBSPS of black pepper

½ cup of minced garlic

1 juice of medium lemon

1 and 1/2 cups of butter, divided

1 cup of chopped fresh parsley, divided

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F.  Boil your mini potatoes in unsalted water.

Mix all seasoning and reserve half cup of butter and 1/3 of the parsley and ½ of the minced garlic.

Coat the potatoes and seafood with the seasoning mixture.

Arrange the coated corn, potato, seafood in two large baking pan.

Mix the 2nd 1/3 of the parsley with the remaining 1/2 minced garlic, and ½ cup of butter left.

Drip the garlic parsley mixture all over ingredients in the baking pan.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20mins

Remove and top it with the last 1/3 of the chopped parsley and some lime.

Serve and reserve the sauce at the bottom of the baking pan for extra dipping.

The recipe is the quickest and easiest way to do seafood boil without sacrificing flavor and taste. The flavor and taste is even more intense in this baked version.
