Cheese cake with coconut cream

Ingredients
• (2x 8oz packages) cream cheese soften at room temperature
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup of coconut cream
1 tbsp. citrus zest
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust
Cherry pie filling
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat soften cream cheese, coconut cream, sugar, lemon juice until very creamy

Add gradually eggs, and continue whipping
3
Add citrus zest until well blended

Bake in 350 F preheated oven for about 45mn or until center is set
5
Remove from oven, cool and refrigerate overnight or for about 4hours
6
Remove from fridge and decorate with pie filling
