Creamy Chicken Sauce
What I like about this recipe is how quick and easy it is on top of being comforting and flavorful. You only need 20 minutes of your time to make this. Check the recipe video here.
Have your rice or accompaniment cooking while making the sauce. In My case, since my kids wanted a rice, I have the rice cooking while making the sauce. Serve it with a garden salad and garlic bread for a complete satisfying meal. It’s also delicious over your favorite pasta.
The good thing is this recipe is very adaptable to a lactose free diet.
What you will need for the recipe is:
- Chicken breast
- Whipping cream (lactose free whipping cream for alternative)
- Milk (lactose free whipping cream for alternative)
- -Parmesan cheese
- Fresh tomatoes
- Onion
- Garlic powder
- Ginger powder
- Pepper flakes
- Black pepper
- Bouillon
- Salt
Ingredients
2 pounds of Chicken breast
2 cups whipping cream (lactose free whipping cream for alternative)
1 cup of milk (lactose free whipping cream for alternative)
½ cup of Parmesan cheese
1cup of diced Fresh tomatoes
2tablespoons of Onion powder
2tablespoons of Garlic powder
2tablespoons of ginger powder
1tablespoon of Pepper flakes
A pinch of black pepper
Bouillon and salt to taste
Chopped basil for garnish
2 bay leaves
Instructions

On medium heat, start heating up your oil and add the diced chicken.

Add the onion, garlic, ginger, bay leaves cook it for 3 minutes

Add the cream, and milk, pepper, salt, bouillon let it boil

Add the diced tomatoes the parmesan cook for 5 minutes

Add the black pepper cook for 2 minutes

Remove and serve over rice, pasta or steamed vegetables.
