Creamy Dairy-Free Avocado Salad Dressing
This creamy dairy-free avocado salad dressing is one of my favorite! I use it every time the recipe require mayonnaise. So perfect in potato salad! It is so creamy, you just spread it on bread or use it as veggie dip. Being sensitive to a range of food, I am glad this salad dressing is Vegan, Keto, Paleo, AIP approved!
Ingredients
2 large avocados
2 tablespoons fresh lemon, lime juice or organic apple cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil
3 cloves of garlic peeled
¼ cup of chopped parsley
1tsp salt to taste
Extra water or oil if too thick for your desire consistency.
Instructions

Add all ingredients together in a food processor.

Puree the mixture until smooth. Add water or oil when too thick to puree.

Use immediately or save in an air tight container and refrigerate for about 3 days.
