WHAT YOU NEED:
– Mushrooms
– Garlic cloves
– Parsley
– Seasoned lowcarb crouton
– Olive oil
WHAT TO DO
– Pat you cleaned mushrooms dry
– Remove the stems
– Chop the stem with garlic, croûtons, parsley
– Cook the chopped mixture on a stove with a little oil for about 3mins
– Fill your mushrooms with the cooked mixture
– Bake at 350F for 15mins
– Serve warm
