Easy Fruits Salad for Healthy Dessert or Snack
There is no specific way to to cut your fruits. Feel free to experiments your creativity as time permit. The smaller bite are desireble to allow for easy scooping. Also if you do not have this honey lime syrup before hand no worry. Just whisk lime juice and honey and pour it over your sliced fruits. So for this recipe the below is what you need:
- Blackberries
- Peaches
- Red grapes
- Green grapes
- Cherries
- Strawberries
- Mint leaves
- Honey lime syrup or Honey and lime juice
All you need to do is clean your fruits well, slice the cherry in half and remove the seed. Slice grapes in half. Remove pit from the peaches and cut in small cube.
Place all fruit in a large bowl. Chop some mint leaves and add it to the fruit bowl. In a small cup whisk together lemon juice and honey, then add i to your fruits. Mix gently, then place it in the fridge for about 10 minutes before serving.
