Easy Steak Kebab
Easy steak kebab are the number one appetizer in my house. We do eat it as is like snack or with salad or other side dish. Skewing the meat with veggies makes a pretty and also helps kids eat those veggies. For this recipe, you do not need to let the meat seat overnight before grilling. If you have tender meat, you should be fine. There are also other ways to make your meat tender. You can hammed those meat or use Worcestershire sauce. Normally acidic base like lemon and mustard should be fine. I love grilling my kebab for that grilling flavor.
