Garlic Herbs Lamb Rib Rack
I purchased this lamb rack rib at local Sam’s Club. At Sam’s short rib racks is packed as a set, you will not notice until you open the package. My family love lamb so much. Every time I purchased lamb rack I hide it at the back of the freezer because ever since my middle child mastered the art of barbecue, I have to remind him not to use certain meat at certain time.
Making this lamb is two step cooking depending on the day. I always sear the meat before roasting it at 400F for about 5-10 mins.
I do not marinated lamb rib rack hours ahead. I just rub it with Prime Rib seasoning and salt then sear it.
For the herb seasoning rub, I mixed the following:
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Chili pepper flake
- Olive oil
