Cherry and Grape tomatoes with lime vinaigrette
Grape and Cherry tomatoes with lime vinaigrette as an appetizer in a cup was the ideal way to serve these veggies. I tend to stay away from crowd veggies platter in cold season. In part due to easy germs spreading at get-together. So when I have the idea of serving these veggies in individual cup. So need and easy to hold while carrying conversations. I used Greek vinaigrette sometimes because of its lightness and flavor. Garlic, salt, herbs and olive oil is actually all you need with a pinch of lime juice. For all the cherry tomato lovers this was a delight. This makes a healthy snack too. I love mixing grapes tomatoes with cherry tomatoes for different color and shape. When you are on OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet, this is something to snack on while dinner is getting ready.

Ingredients
1 pack of 8 oz cherry and grape tomatoes mix
1/4 cup of Olive oil
1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
1/4 Cup of Lime Juice
1/4 cup of cilantro finely chopped
Salt (to taste)
Instructions

Clean your tomatoes really well

In a bowl, mix all ingredients but the tomatoes.

Makes sure the vinaigrette mixture is tasty enough to your like.

Add the whole tomatoes to your vinaigrette mixture.

Let it seat for about an hour in a fridge then serve.
You can make these overnight and let is infused in the fridge
