Honey Pear Puff Pastry Dessert
The beauty of it is you do not make the puff pastry from scratch, a store bought always works.
For sugar, coconut sugar is best, but for this recipe I used brown sugar. The brinne can be reserve ( once thicken) to drizzle on the finished product efore eating, but because I use brown sugar, i just dicard the caramel liquid and and opted for local honey for drizzle.
I hope you will like this recipe.

Cut the puff pastry into long strips with a knife or a pizza wheel.
Wrap the puff pastry strips around the outside of the pear the best you can. It does stick well to their own.
