Simple Easy Crêpes Recipe
Quick crêpes recipe for a savory breakfast, dessert or snack.

Ingredients
3 large Eggs
2 Cups of Flour
2 and 1/4 Cups of skimmed milk
A stick of butter for cooking
1 tsp of vanilla exctrat
Pinch of powdered sugar (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions

Mixed dry ingredients together (flour, salt and powdered sugar).

Add eggs and mix very well.

While mixing well, add milk in small batch, and finally add the vanilla extract.

Grease the skillet and scoop a batter into the skillet (enough batter to coat the bottom, not too much as it will be too thick).

Cook on each side.

Remove and serve with your choice of topping.
