Easy Instant Pot Rolled Beef Roast
An effortless roast beef for easy fathers’day dinner idea. The rolled twist brings some change to the usual roast.

Ingredients
2lbs of meat flatten for easy rolling
¼ cup of Dijon mustard
¼ cup of Sriracha sauce
¼ cup of ranch dressing
½ cup of chopped Scallions
½ cup of Baby carrot
2 tbsp Savourous Prime Rib seasoning
1 cup of beef stock
2tbsp of grass-fed Irish butter
Instructions

Flatten your meat to 2 inches of thickness for easy roll

Season both side of the meat with Savourous prime rib seasoning

Lay your meat on a nicely flat surface

Spread sriracha, ranch dressing, mustard to cover the surface.

Spread your baby carrot and chopped scallion

Start rolling really tight

Pin the end in with your skewers

With the Instant Pot sautéed setting on, Sautee the meat in the butter for about 10minutes.

Remove the roast from the Instant Pot and set it aside

Put the Instant Pot trivet in place in the Instant Pot and add the beef stock.

Lock the lid in place, seal the vent and press the manual

Cook it on low pressure for 5 minutes
Does the roast go back into the pot at some point? 10 minutes sauteed in butter is not long enough to cook the meat…
Yes it go back for roasting. The sauteed is more for searing the meat for that brown color. My apology if the instruction wasn’t clear enough. I will add more details.
