Kale and gluten free rice
Ingredients
1cup of cooked gluten free rice
2 cups of frozen kale (thawed and drained)
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
½ of a small sweet onion (diced)
3 tbsp of Coconut oil
Salt
Other seasonings (optional)
Cherry tomatoes for decoration (optional)
Instructions

Heat up the coconut oil in a wok on medium heat then add onion and garlic

While stirring, add the rice and kale in small batch
3
Salt to taste

Cook for about 7 more minutes

Remove and serve warm
