Keto Friendly Cheese cake

Ingredients
2 (8oz) soften cream cheese
3 eggs
3tbsp sour cream
1tsp of lemon
1tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of Catalina Crunch Keto friendly cereal
3tbsp of Irish butter
1/2 cup of erythritol or 1/2 cup of canne sugar
2tbsp of Ghana organic cocoa powder
Instructions

Powdered the Catalina Crunch cereal in a blender

Add the irish butter to catalina Crunch mix well and form a compacted crust in your baking pan

In a mixing bowl, beat soften cream cheese, egg, erythritol/sugar, lemon juice ,sour cream,vanilla until very creamy

Take one third of the creamy mixture and add the cocoa powder to it. Then mix well

Pour the cocoa creamy mixture in your crusted pan

Then add the original 2/3 of the left over cream cheese mixture

Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for about an 45mn or until center is set.

Remove from oven, cool and serve cold with your choice of topping.
you have sour cream in your list of ingredients but it’s not in your instructions so I have no idea when you are supposed to add it
