Kofta or kefta inspired ground meat kebab
This easy delicious Kofta or kefta inspired ground meat kebab is a winner in my house. The meat is so easy to chew compared to other kebab. I love mixing ground beef with ground lamb for extra flavor. You can ground chunk meat with fresh spices if you own a meat processor. I use already ground meat for convenience. Grilling can be tricky, just make sure to oil the grill. You can have this meat as is or with a side of salad, bread and more. I did not add any bread per choice for low carbohydrate.
