My Brazillian Lemonade
My Brazillian style lemonade I something I first tried at a Brazillian restaurant, precisely Fogo de Chao. Check here for the recipe video. This drink become popular on tiktok a year ago and here is my take on the recipe as I remeber the taste. Making it is so easy. I once used condensed coconut milk to make it dairy free. It works perfect with evaporated milk also but you will need to add sugar. Anyway, for this recipe, the below is what you will need.
6 big juicy limes
1 sweetened condensed milk
6 cups water
2 cups of ice
WHAT TO DO:
Wash limes thoroughly, then slice into wedges. Place lime wedges in a blender then add water.
Blend it roughly Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove impurity and obtain a nice pure liquid.
Put about 2cups of ice in the blender, add the strained liquid and the condensed milk. Blend at smoothly.
Serve over ice and top with optional mint leaves. A drop of alcohol can be added per taste.
