
Okra soup with smoked turkey leg (Simple way)
Okra soup, a very healthy and popular soup in west Africa. Okra can apparently help with weight loss and the prevention of several cancer so please indulge.

Ingredients
1 cup of fresh chopped okra
2 cups of water or meat/ vegetable stock
Smoked turkey leg ( cut in chunk)
1/3 Freshly grinded onion
1/4 Freshly grinded ginger
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground pepper
Other seasoning (Optional)
Hot Peppers (optional)
Instructions

In a soup pan, add all ingredient together

Put on a stove under medium heat

Let it cook for about 15mins or until okra is a bit soft.

Note: If you want the soup slimy, do not overcook
If it is too tick, add more liquid.
