Dairy free, Peppermint, coconut milk hot cocoa
This dairy free Peppermint, coconut milk hot cocoa is just perfect for wintry morning! sure I use unsweetened coconut milk that has not additive and no guar gum since I am sensitive to some additives and to guargum. Check my amazon store for the brand of coconut milk i used. This drink is keto and paleo friendly. The dairy free dark chocolate used can also be found here. With my food sensitivities, I drink this with no bloating!
Ingredients
1can of unsweetened coconut milk (check my amazon store for the drand used)
2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
4 tablespoons of organic sugar-free cocoa powder
1/2 cup of melted dark chocolate to garnish the cup
3 drops of Food grade Peppermint Oil
2 candy canes for garnish
Instructions

Melt the dark chocolate and pour it in two large cup to make your desire decorative patterns.

In a sauce pan bring to a boil the mixture of (coconut milk, sugar, cocoa powder)

Remove from the stove, then add the drop of peppermint oil

Pour this mixture into the pre-decorated cups.

Serve warm with a candy cane for garnish
