Quick Crab Rangoon

Crab Rangoon also called crab puffs,are deep-fried appetizers stuffed with a combination of cream cheese, crab meat, garlic and onion. It is a wonderful appetizer for everyone.

Ingredients

20 wonton wrappers

1 cup of cooked crab meat (finely diced)

1 pack of 8oz cream cheese (soften)

2 tbsp of Chive (finely chopped)

1/2 tsp Savourous garlic powder

1/4 tsp of black pepper

Oil for deep frying

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, garlic, chive, black pepper. Mix well

On your working surface, lay out the wonton wrapper

Drop about 1Tbsp of crab mixture on the center of the wonton wrapper..

Dab the edges of the wrapper with water

The easiest fold is to make a triangle first, then bring closer the opposite ends of the 3D triangle. You can do better shapes if you are feeling artistic.

Heat up your frying oil and deep fry your Rangoon in a small batches

Remove when golden or crispy

Serve warm or at room temperature
