Red, White and Blue Cake
This is a fun cake that kids will definitely enjoy. It is perfect for flag day, memorial day or independence day.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1⁄4 cup coconut oil
1⁄2cup water
1⁄2cup coconut milk
2eggs
1/2 cup of red and blue cake sprinkle
2teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F then

Cream together the sugar and butter in a bowl.

Beat in the eggs, then add the vanilla to the mixture.

Add the dry ingredient (flour and baking powder) to the mixture

Stir in the milk and water and mix it well to obtain a smooth batter.

Add the sprinkle and gently mix it for even distribution in the batter

Pour the mixture in the greased cake pan

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
