Simple Air Fryer Chicken Fingers
I think what they love about homemade chicken fingers is that they can make as many as they want. They even said it is tastiers. Using the air fryer made is less oily for easy digestion.
This recipe is simple. It just use the same ingredients like when you are frying but this time just use an airfryer.
With Yedi air fryer I cook the coated chicken fingers at 375F for 15mins then flip and cook for 10mins. I like spraying a little cooking spray on both side for nicely beautiful and crunchy crust.
When airfrying the chicken fingers, i lay it on an oiled air fryer parchment liner. If putting on an airfryer rack, make sure to oil the rack to avoid the breaded layer to be stucked on the rack.
For this recipe, all you need is:
- Chicken breast
- Milk
- Apple cider vinegar
- Parsley
- Fresh garlic
- Egg
- All purpose flour
- Paprika
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Ginger Powder
- Onion Powder
- Bouillon powder
- Oil spray (optional)

Mix well cover and set aside in a fridge for at least half hour.
Dip each piece in a flour mixture, then in the egg mixture and back to the flour mixture
emove and serve as is or with your favorite dip
Spraying a little bit of cooking oil on the breaded chicken helps the crust gets crunchier and a bit shinny.
