Stir-Fry Chicken Gizzards
I introduced chicken gizzards to my kids and for them it is just like beef! Of course it take time for gizzard to be tender, so pressure cooking is the quickest option. I love using my Yedi pressure cooker for this type of meat. For this recipe you can stew the meat with your special seasoning. I used Savourous chicken seasoning blend. The Suya spice and the organic ginger powder are also available on Savourous etsy store. If you wish to skew the meat and have it as a kebab you can also proceed. I love eating this meat as is, but it goes well with lot of dishes.

we discovered the uniqueness of gizzards years ago trying to find something different to cook.
Pressure cook for 30 minutes in soup stock ad star anise, cloves and cinamon stick. Remove, stir fry with onions ginger and garlic add a sprinkle of oyster sauce garnish with cilantro. Delish.
