Stove top Salmon Dish and Spaghetti Squash
Stove top Salmon Dish and Spaghetti Squash is the best lowcarb meal of the week. I enjoy squash season and love how cheap spaghetti squash are.
Check my recipe for the spaghetti squash here along with the video recipe.
This dish is flavorful and so appetizing you will end up making it more.
For the fish if you do not have salmon, you can use trout for it. Also cooking this dish in a non stick skillet, you will not use too much oil and the tomato and fish will not burn.
