Stuffed Manicotti Pasta with Creamy Sauce
This quick and easy stuffed Manicotti with creamy sauce is always a winner in my house. My kids love this so much and we enjoy making it together. It is always fun cooking as family while talking about the day. I used a simple creamy Alfredo sauce, you can check a simple recipe here. For the ground meat we use ground beef this time, but anything thing can used for stuffing. For the shredded cheese, we had a mix of cheddar and mozzarella. You can use a cheese of your likeness. Please cook the pasta Al dente for easy stuffing and quick baking. If you are dairy free, this recipe will not obviously work for you. I am sure your family will enjoy this.
