The Best Easy Seafood Cajun Sauce
This seafood cajun sauce is one of my favorite seafood sauce. It has some sweeteness to it and it goes with almost everything. Perfect for rice topping, pasta sauce or simple dip. I love making this and save it in an airtight container in the fridge. It conserve well for up to 2 weeks or can be frozen for later use.
It work well as a seasoning for grilling as well. I use date paste in my recipe because mainly I use date as a sweetener in my house. But feel free to use honey or even table sugar. I love going as natural as I can for all my cooking ingredients. When chosing ingredients be mindful of the salt because I use savourous Cajun seasoning with is low in salt so when using other brand of cajun sesoning be sure to go easy on the salt.
I also used in this recipe my garlic confit, you can find its recipe here. Fresh garlic will work fine.
