Quick and Easy Baked Spaghetti Squash
This squash recipe is a perfect replacement for pasta if you are on a clean diet. The yellow squash i used is low in carb and keto friendly. So I can say that this squash is the perfect low carb alternative for pasta. Please note you can cook your squash on stove, microwave or air fryer, but I am using the oven today. Also your baked squash can last in the fridge for about a week when well covered. Once needed you will just reheat the squash.
