Healthy Hibiscus, Bissap or Sorrel Juice

Ingredients
6 cups of water
1 cup of dried hibiscus
1 cup of sugar or (any sweetener to taste)
2 bunches of mint leaves
Drop of lemon juice during serving (optional)
Mint leaves and lemon wedge for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a pot, add hibiscus, mint and water.

Let it boil for about 20 minutes

Cut the heat and let the pot cool down a little.

Double strain the liquid through a fine siever to remove all hibiscus and mint leaves impurities.

Add sugar to taste and stir well until all sugar is dissolved.

You can add some fresh lemon squeeze to the juice (Optional)

Chill the juice and serve cold
