Raspberry Chicken Wings
Ingredients
1 bag of (3pounds) chicken wings
1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce
1 cup of raspberry Jam
Coconut Oil for deep fry
1/2 cup of fresh organic Driscoll’s Raspberry
1/2 cup of organic apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Marinate chicken wings in buffalo wing sauce over night or about 4hours.

When ready to prepare, Rinse out the marinade and pat all wings dry

Deep fry the chicken wing in your coconut oil until golden

Transfer the fried wings in a baking pan

Mix your raspberry jam with the apple cider vinegar

Pour the mixture on the fried chicken wing.
Coat all sides of the wings very well

Preheat your oven to 350 F.

Remove and serve warm or cold

I’m always looking for new chicken wing recipes. They are such a blank slate that you can experiment with almost anything. I’ve never even thought about raspberry, but the sweetness of the berries could really compliment the spice of the buffalo sauce. I’m going to give these a try.
