Yam Stew/Ragout with coconut milk and turmeric
Ingredients
1cup of broth or water
1 can or 1 cup of coconut milk
About 1 to 3 pounds of Yam peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons Savourous onion powder
2 tablespoons of Savourous ground organic ginger
2 tablespoons of Savourous garlic granules
2 tablespoons of Savourous ground turmeric
Dash of kosher salt (to taste)
Fried cubed lamb (Optional)
Instructions

In a soup pan, mix coconut milk, water or broth, garlic, onion, ginger, black pepper, yam, dash of salt.

While choosing your pan for cooking, note that the liquid should cover the yam cubes.

Bring to a boil until yam is a tender (about 15min)

Stir until the liquid is tick (note that it will be even thicker once cooled down)
Also, be easy on the salt as when the ragout gets ticker it will taste saltier.

Serve warm
